Melanie du Toit gives insight into the reasons we prophesy. Scripture tells us that the primary function of prophecy is to glorify God. This is achieved through bringing a revelation of Jesus, predictive prophecy and building up the body. It is important to ask ourselves how we can prophesy so that we give glory to Him instead of ourselves.
Melanie is a deaconess in Joshua Generation Church who was recognised as a prophetess in 2014 and works into Four12 partnering churches across the globe. She has a passion to use the gifts of the Spirit to train and encourage God’s people.
