The Four12 Conference in South Africa is an opportunity for all the Four12 partnering churches to gather together in one venue – to proclaim Jesus, to seek His face and to hear from Him. Every year saints are envisioned, equipped, built up and restored.

You will be in a demarcated overflow tent, within the main tent but towards the back. Unfortunately, no further children’s tickets (7-12 years) or hosting is available. You are still welcome to register for camping.

CHILDCARE
Parents, or guardians, attending the Conference with children, toddlers, or babies must ensure that their kids are registered too.
- No child will be allowed into the Conference without their parent(s)/guardian(s) on the day.
- Please note that no childcare will be available for children aged 0 – 6 years.
The following facilities are available:
- For nursing moms (women only).
- An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.
- Parents with children aged 1 – 6 years will be able to make use of the preschoolers’ room.
- An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.
- Please note children may not be left unattended by a parent/ legal guardian.
- Please ensure that you bring quiet play activities and snacks for your child(ren).
- Children are seen as a vital part of church life. In the KidZone, your children are discipled through worship, activities and fun – equipping every generation, for all nations.
- KidZone is therefore a full children’s programme for children aged 7 – 12 years (Grade 1 – 6).
- Should your 12 year old wish to attend the full Conference, please purchase a ’Teenager ticket’.
- Children aged 13 – 17 are allowed to attend the Conference sessions – no childcare will be provided.
- Specific tickets are available for them.

CELEBRATING HOSTING
We encourage Conference attendees to make their own accommodation arrangements where possible.
For those staying further than 100km away from the venue, limited hosting will be provided by the hosting church, Joshua Generation Church.

CAMPING
Book a campsite at Môreson Plaas Malmesbury and don’t miss out on any of the fellowship, fun, and socialising!
Please only book this ticket AFTER you have booked a Conference attendance ticket.
- Dates: 22 Sep, 2pm – 25 Sep, 4pm
- Venue: Môreson Plaas, N7, Abbotsdale, Malmesbury, South Africa
- Ticket Cost: R100 per adult (18+), R75 per teenager and R50 per child (age 2-12). Children under 2 do not need to register.
- Cancellation & Refunds: According to Quicket’s refund policy.
The registration process is as follows:
All cars arriving before 14:00 will be made to queue at the campsite entrance. At 16:00, the gates will be opened and your camp registration verified. Following verification, you will be directed to the campsite where you can unload and set up. After setting up, we kindly request that you proceed to the Conference registration tent to complete your Conference pre-registration and receive your armbands. The registration tent will be open from 15:00 until 21:00. If you arrive after 21:00, you may register on Saturday morning at the Express Access Tent.
What time can I arrive?
You can arrive any time from 14:00 on Friday, 22 September 2023. Various service providers will be on-site setting up for the Conference prior to your arrival and we will therefore not be able to accommodate you any earlier than 14:00 on Friday, 22 September. The latest arrival will be 21:00 on the 22 September. Should you arrive later than that Security will designate you to a separate area and you can then move into the camp area the next morning from 07:30 and set up.
Can I camp longer than the 3 nights allocated?
No. We only have access to the Môreson Plaas until Monday afternoon when the Conference ends. All campers will be required to leave the site by Monday, 25 September at 16:00.
What size is each campsite?
Each campsite is approximately 7m x 7 m.
Can I reserve a specific campsite?
No. Sites will not be reserved, but instead assigned on arrival.
What if I would like to camp in a group with friends?
If you would like to camp next to someone, please arrive together. Alternatively, a site can be kept by setting up a tent on someone’s behalf.
Should my car not fit on my site, can I leave it somewhere else?
No, for health & safety reasons, as well as movement control, all camping vehicles need to be parked on your site.
Will there be electricity on the sites?
No electricity will be made available at the campsites and there are no communal fridges or charging stations. Please make your own arrangements.
Will there be water available?
Yes, but not at your campsite. Wash-up areas will be set up for campers. Potable water will also be available on the farm from its borehole. We do suggest that you boil it before use
Catering
This will be a self-catering camp. Fire areas for braaing will be made available in designated areas. Please ensure that you supply your own meals for the duration of the camping period.
Will there be any braai facilities?
Yes, communal braai drums will be provided in a designated area for your use. However, we kindly request that you refrain from having open flames at your campsite, as braais within the camping area are not permitted. Please remember to bring your own grids, tongs, wood, and fire starters. Controlled gas flames, on the other hand, are allowed at your campsite.
Will there be communal fridges or charging stations?
No, please arrange your own storage and power backups.
Will there be a place for me to wash my dishes?
Yes, you are able to rinse your dishes at the permanent ablution blocks on-site.
Will there be wood and ice sales on-site?
No, the nearest shops are in Malmesbury (+_10km away), Engen Swartland 1 Stop (22.5km away), Melkbosstrand (37km away), Table Bay Mall (45km away).
What will the ablutions be like?
Ample ablutions will be conveniently accessible for campers within walking distance.
Can I bring my pet?
No. Due to health and safety, as well as this being a working farm with farm animals, no pets will be allowed on-site.
Will there be security?
Yes, there will be permanent security on-site.
Will there be First Aid assistance on-site?
We will have a Medic tent set up and staffed in case of emergencies.
Cancellation & Refunds Should you need to cancel your ticket at any point prior to the start of the event, please follow Quicket’s refund policy to ensure that you get your refund for your ticket(s).
- Those with disabilities, injuries and the elderly will be able to gain access through an alternative entrance, which will be shown to you upon arrival by one of the ushers at the gate.
- Ushers will be on hand to assist you in entering the venue. This includes separate parking and entrance to the meeting venue.
- Please indicate during the registration process if you will need Express Access.
- While there will be vendors selling coffee and other resale items, please feel free to pack a picnic lunch and fluids for yourself and your families.
- Refillable Four12 water bottles will be available for purchase, allowing you access to the fresh spring water at the venue.
- Let’s use these times to connect and fellowship with those we haven’t seen in a while and those we are yet to befriend.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Those who are of pensionable age can qualify to book a pensioner’s ticket. Students, please choose the discounted Student ticket. Please note that we will require your student number and the name of the tertiary institution where you are studying.
Once you have registered you can pay straight away via debit card, credit card or EFT/bank deposit. Just ensure if you pay via EFT/Bank Deposit that you send your proof of payment to the Quicket email address, and use the correct reference provided on your payment email. All payments must be made within 48 hours of registering, or your registration will automatically be cancelled.
No. If you do not have access to the internet or online banking facilities, please ask a leader or friend to assist you.
Yes. We will have onsite paramedics available for the full duration of the Conference.
No. Only a small number of seats will be reserved for our ushers, worship teams, and key leaders that lead the Conference. Once you have entered the venue, you can sit on any unreserved seat.
Unfortunately, the Conference will not be live-streamed, this is an in-person event only. However, the Conference resources will be made available on the Four12 Global website and YouTube channel shortly after the conclusion of the Conference.
Môreson Plaas is a working farm and therefore we cannot allow for pets onsite.
