PLEASE NOTE:
All teenagers, children, toddlers and babies must be registered for Pastors Day.
No teenagers or children will be allowed into the Pastors Day event without their respective parent(s)/guardian(s).
The venue caters for people with disabilities – from parking, access, and bathroom facilities.
Please note:
Parents, or guardians, attending the Pastors’ Day with children, toddlers, or babies must ensure that their kids are registered too. No child will be allowed into the Pastors’ Day without their parent(s)/guardian(s) on the day.
For nursing moms (women only). An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.
Parents with children aged 1 – 3 will be able to make use of the toddler room.

Please note that no childcare will be provided for this age group; toddlers remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians for the duration of the Pastors’ Day and must not be left unattended.
Please also ensure that you bring your own food, drinks, snacks, and quiet play activities for your child(ren).
Children are seen as a vital part of church life. In the KidZone, your children are discipled through worship, activities and fun – equipping every generation, for all nations.
KidZone is therefore a children’s programme available for children aged 4 – 12 (Preschool – Grade 6).
Should you not be able to make alternate arrangements for your teenager, they will be allowed into the main hall for the Pastors’ Day. You will then need to purchase an Adult Ticket for them when registering for this event.
Please note: should we need to accommodate additional pastors, another arrangement may be made for your teenager in order to free up seats for these pastors.

The Pastors Day registration is open to all Pastors/ Elders & their wives. It is also open to potential elders who are coming onto eldership within the next three months. If you want to invite any potential elders or church leaders looking into partnering with Four12, please:

Once you have registered you can pay straight away via debit card, credit card or EFT/bank deposit. Just ensure if you pay via EFT/Bank Deposit that you send your proof of payment to the Quicket email address, and use the correct reference provided on your payment email. All payments must be made within 48 hours of registering, or your registration will automatically be cancelled.
No. If you do not have access to the internet or online banking facilities, please ask a leader or friend to assist you.
Yes. We will have an onsite nurse available at the venue, and first aid onsite for the children.
No. Once you have entered the venue, you can sit on any unreserved seat.
Should you need to cancel your Pastors Day ticket at any point prior to the start of the event, please follow Quicket’s refund policy to ensure that you get your refund for your ticket(s).
