About This Event

The Four12 Conference in RSA – Eastern Cape brings our partnering churches together to connect, unite in faith, and seek God’s heart and direction for His people. Through teaching and impartation from the apostolic and Four12 leadership, this conference offers envisioning and equipping for every believer to play their part in advancing God’s Kingdom.
 
This time is primarily for Four12 partnering churches and those looking in within the Eastern Cape region.

What You Need to Know

Leaders

Lead Elders Connect Eastern Cape

There will be a full time Lead Elders Connect at Crossways Church. This time is by invitation only and open to all full time lead eldership couples.

Details for this time will be communicated directly with the lead elders.
Childcare will be provided.
Catering will be provided for those in attendance.

Elders Connect Eastern Cape

There will be an Elders Connect at Crossways Church. This time is open to all eldership couples, and potential eldership couples from Four12 churches in the Eastern Cape.
Childcare will be provided.
Catering will be provided for those in attendance.

Conference in RSA – Eastern Cape

This time will be held at Christian Centre Abbotsford.
Please bring along a packed lunch for you and your family as no lunch will be provided on Saturday, 3 October. Please also bring a separate packed lunch for your child.
Alternatively, there will be shops close by in the vicinity.
No food or cooler bags will be allowed in the venue.
The conference ends on Saturday.

Hosting

Can I be Hosted for This Event?

Hosting is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Leaders can be hosted from 30 September–5 October and saints from 2-4 October, hosting places are limited. Please DO NOT make any travel arrangements until you have purchased your ticket and your request for hosting has been accepted.
 
Guest applications will close on 11 September 2026, unless the hosting capacity is reached sooner.

Childcare

Important info

Parents or guardians attending the conference with children, toddlers, or babies must ensure that their children are registered too.
No child will be allowed into the conference without a registered parent or guardian present.
Please note that no childcare will be available for children aged 0-2 years.


Nursing Moms

For nursing moms (women only).
An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.


Family Room

Parents with children ages 0-24 months will be able to make use of the family room.
An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.
Please note that children may not be left unattended and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Please ensure that you bring quiet-play activities and snacks for your children.


Kidzone

Children are seen as a vital part of church life. In the KidZone, your children are discipled through worship, activities, and fun – equipping every generation, for all nations.
 
KidZone is therefore a full children’s programme for children.

Children older than 12 years can attend the conference, please purchase a ‘Teenager ticket’.

Friday Night
On Friday evening (session 1 | 18:30-21:00), the children will be at Christian Centre Abbotsford.

Saturday Morning
On Saturday morning (session 2 & 3 | 08:00-12:30), the children will be offsite at St Joseph School.

Saturday Afternoon
On the Saturday afternoon (session 4 | 16:00-17:30), the children will be Christian Centre Abbotsford.


Teenagers

Children aged 13–matric will attend the conference sessions – no childcare will be provided for this age group.
Please purchase a Teenager ticket for them.

General

Express Access

Those with disabilities, or injuries, moms with prams and the elderly will be able to gain access through an alternative entrance, which will be shown to you upon arrival by one of the parking teams at the gate.
 
The parking team will be on hand to assist you in entering the venue. This includes separate parking and entrance to the meeting venue.
 
Please indicate during the registration process if you will need Express Access. Should you suddenly require Express Access, after registering and closer to the event, please, contact the event organising team directly.


Food & Drinks

While there will be vendors selling coffee, please feel free to pack a picnic lunch and beverages for yourself and your family.
 
You can also visit the following establishments for lunch and refreshments:

    Let’s use these times to connect and fellowship with those we haven’t seen in a while and those we are yet to befriend.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there discounts for student/pensioners?
Yes, pensioners can choose the discounted Pensioner ticket. Please note we will require your pension number. Students, please choose the discounted Student ticket. Please note that we will require your student number and the name of the tertiary institution where you are studying.
 
How can I pay for the conference?
Once you have registered, you can pay immediately via debit card, credit card, EFT, or bank deposit. If paying via EFT and bank deposit, please send your proof of payment to the Quicket email address, and use the correct reference provided in your payment email. All payments must be made within 48 hours of registration, or your registration will automatically be cancelled.

Can I pay cash for the conference?
No, if you do not have access to the internet or online banking facilities, please ask a leader or friend to assist you.

Will there be first aid?
Yes, we will have onsite paramedics available for the full duration of the conference.

Are my seats reserved?
No, only a small number of seats will be reserved for our ushers, worship teams, and key leaders who lead the conference. Once you have entered the venue, you can sit on any unreserved seat.

Will the conference be live-streamed?
Unfortunately, the conference will not be live-streamed – this is an in-person event only. However, the conference resources will be made available on the Four12 Global website and YouTube channel shortly after the conference ends.

Are there any outreaches or sightseeing opportunities?
There are no official opportunities planned, but they can be arranged privately outside the conference time, at your own expense.
