02 Beyond Culture & Tradition
What might we be holding onto that’s keeping the Holy Spirit from moving freely among us? Peter de Korte challenges us to examine how pride, culture, and tradition can subtly shape the church—and not for the better. He reminds us that we are called to be a people who grow comfortable with discomfort, creating space for the Holy Spirit to work. When every part of the body functions in unity, the church will shine. It is in that place of surrender and unity that we truly encounter His presence, His power, His spiritual gifts, and His love.
Peter serves in leadership within Four12 (F12) and is the lead elder of Living Waters in the Netherlands, which he planted in 2020. He is married to Eefje and they have five children. They are passionate about seeing people walk in the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
