Why has God chosen to give us the Holy Spirit? Russell Fraser opens Acts 1:8 to show that God does not fill His people simply for a moment of experience, but to make them witnesses who can speak of what they have seen and known of Jesus. He calls believers to a life that is shaped by the Word, marked by obedience, and strengthened by the Spirit’s seal. The question here is simple: do our lives still carry the boldness, freedom, and clarity that should come from walking with Christ?
Russell has been part of the Joshua Generation Church eldership team since 1999 and serves on Four12(F12) leadership. He has been married to Jenny since 1982, has three sons, and is a doting
grandfather. He loves the Word and is passionate about seeing people walk in freedom.
