01 Servant Leaders

What posture should leaders take? In this session, Kevin Aldridge unpacks the biblical pattern of leadership—not lording power or position, but leading with humility and courage as servant leaders. Drawing from the example of the Apostle Paul, he shows what this looks like in practice. Ultimately, leadership is not about one person receiving glory, but about building up the body of Christ, where every member has a vital part to play.
