The importance of submission when it comes to eldership.

ELDERSHIP TRAINING
The Eldership Training is a 16-part series of videos accompanied by a facilitator’s guidebook that can be used alongside each video session. The purpose of this training is to equip potential and existing elders to lead their churches and congregations, disciple their saints and leaders and grow in their gifting and calling. As they do so, we trust that they will lead their saints into wholeness, health and purity so that the manifold wisdom of God will be made known to the world through the church, His bride.
While the series is aimed at leaders as a resource, it is beneficial for potential elders and eldership teams as they seek to grow as individuals and lead their congregations well. We highly recommend watching this series in groups, together as local leadership and eldership teams and facilitated by a lead elder or an apostolic gift.
