CONFERENCE DETAILS & FACILITIES

Those with physical impairments, for instance: those on crutches, who need assistance walking, or are wheelchair-bound, will be able to gain access through an alternative entrance, which will be shown to you upon arrival by one of the ushers at the gate. Ushers will be on hand to assist you when entering the venue.

  • This includes a separate parking area and entrance to the meeting venue.
  • Please indicate during the registration process if you need Express Access. Should you suddenly require Express Access, after registering and closer to the event, please, contact the event organising team directly.

While there will be vendors selling coffee and other resale items, please feel free to pack a picnic lunch and beverages for yourself and your families.

Four12-branded, refillable water bottles will be on sale at Life Café.

Let’s use these times to connect and fellowship with those we haven’t seen in a while and those we are yet to befriend.

Môreson is a working farm with animals, open bodies of water and large open spaces. We are privileged to be hosting our Conference at such a wonderful venue but would like to ask that parents remain aware of their children’s whereabouts at all times.

Four12 Conference - Cape Town

No child will be allowed into the Conference without a registered parent/guardian present.

Please note that no childcare will be available for children aged 0 – 5 years. Alternative zones, dedicated to parents with young children, will be available.

Parents with children aged 3 – 5 years will be able to make use of the enclosed Toddler Zone tent.

Children are a vital part of church life. In the KidZone, the children are discipled through worship, interactive activities, and fun – equipping every generation, for all nations.

The KidZone is a full children’s programme for children aged 6 – 11 years (Grade R – 5).

Please note, that parents need to register their children before the morning and afternoon sessions. They must also sign their children out before lunch and after the afternoon session.

New to our Conference this year is our Junior Youth Zone, an area catering specifically for children between the ages of 11 – 12 years old (Grade 6 – 7). This new venture is a bridge between the KidZone and the Main Tent, with the heart of discipling our pre-teens into being able to enjoy the Conference in the Main Tent with us.

The programme for this zone is subject to change without prior notice, but a preliminary outline of the programme is as follows:

  • 08:15 – 09:00 Registration
  • 09:00 – 11:00 Main Tent Session
  • 11:00 – 11:45 Snack Break
  • 11:45 – 13:00 Junior Youth Session
  • 13:00 – 15:00 Lunch
  • 15:00 – 17:00 Flexible Programme

Please note that parents need to register their children before the morning and afternoon sessions. They will also need to sign their children out before lunch and after the afternoon session.

For those pre-teens in this programme wanting to grow in serving the body of Christ, the option to serve in the KidZone, in the afternoon, is available to them. Should your pre-teen want to serve in the KidZone, please indicate this at registration.

Should your 11 – 12 year old not wish to participate in the Junior Youth programme, please purchase a Teenager ticket to allow them access to the Main Tent.

Children aged 13 – 17 are able to attend the Conference sessions – no childcare will be provided. Please note, all teenagers must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and will remain their responsibility for the duration of the Conference.

Teenagers tickets are available for them.
