The Four12 Conference in South Africa will be meeting in three locations across the country. This is an opportunity for all the Four12 partnering churches to come together – to proclaim Jesus, to seek His face and to hear from Him. Every year saints are envisioned, equipped, built up and restored.

Those with disabilities, injuries and the elderly can gain access through an alternative entrance, which will be shown to you upon arrival by one of the ushers at the gate.
- Ushers will be on hand to assist you in entering the venue. This includes separate parking and entrance to the meeting venue.
- Please indicate during the registration process if you will need Express Access. Should you suddenly require Express Access, after registering and closer to the event, please, contact the event organising team directly.
While there will be vendors selling coffee and other resale items, please feel free to pack a picnic lunch and beverages for yourself and your families.

CHILDCARE
Parents, or guardians, attending the Conference with children, toddlers, or babies must ensure that their kids are also registered.
No child will be allowed into the Conference without a registered parent/guardian present.

Parents with children aged 1 – 3 years can use the Toddler Room.

- Please ensure that you bring quiet-play activities and snacks for your children.
Children are a vital part of church life. In the KidZone, your children are discipled through worship, activities, and fun – equipping every generation, for all nations.
- KidZone and Junior Youth is a full children’s programme for children aged 4 – 13 years.
Children aged 14 – 17 can attend the Conference sessions.
- No childcare will be provided.
- Teenagers Tickets are available for them.

We encourage Conference attendees to make their own accommodation arrangements where possible.

Commitment
By registering to host you are committing to:
- Providing (but not limited to) breakfast for your guests.
- Provide transport to and from the venue for your guests, if indicated during the hosting application process.
- Provide transport to and from the airport/bus station, should your guests require it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, pensioners can choose the discounted Pensioner ticket. Please note we will require your Pension Number. Students, please choose the discounted Student ticket. Please note that we will require your student number and the name of the tertiary institution where you are studying.
Once you have registered you can pay straight away via debit card, credit card or EFT/bank deposit. Just ensure if you pay via EFT/Bank Deposit that you send your proof of payment to the Quicket email address, and use the correct reference provided on your payment email. All payments must be made within 48 hours of registering, or your registration will automatically be cancelled.
No, if you do not have access to the internet or online banking facilities, please ask a leader or friend to assist you.
Yes, we will have an onsite medical team available for the full duration of the Conference.
No, only a small number of seats will be reserved for our ushers, worship teams, and key leaders that lead the Conference. Once you have entered the venue, you can sit on any unreserved seat.
Unfortunately, the Conference will not be live-streamed, this is an in-person event only. However, the Conference resources will be made available on the Four12 Global website and YouTube channel shortly after the conclusion of the Conference.
