Lead Elders & Grace Gifts
Andrew and the Four12 apostolic leadership will be training and equipping leaders, giving them direct exposure to the apostolic. This time will be by invitation only and is for elders that lead congregations and grace gifts within the Four12 partnering churches.
This is a significant time together for building relationships and impartation to build the Kingdom, according to God’s design.

HOSTING
We encourage Lead Elders Equip attendees to make their own accommodation arrangements where possible. Applications to be hosted can be applied for via this platform.
Please note the following before proceeding:
- Hosting is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
- In each location, limited hosting is available within the stipulated dates. Any deviation from these dates may unfortunately result in an inability to acquire hosting.
- Before placement, all hosts and guests will go through local church approval
- We will, unfortunately, not be able to accommodate those with additional physical needs.
- Please do not make any travel arrangements until you have purchased your ticket and your request for hosting has been accepted.

There is limited hosting available for those attending the Lead Elders Equip and the Conference in Cape Town. The dates available to be hosted, are between Sat, 21 Sep – Mon, 30 Sep and can be requested for the specific time needed.
Leaders can apply for a portion of the above-mentioned hosting dates, as the Lead Elders Equip is held in Cape Town, and one might attend the Conference in another region. We will tailor hosting for those attending the Equip accordingly (i.e. Saturday – Wednesday). Kindly note, that if you are travelling to a different region for the Conference, you will need to apply for hosting in that region, separately. Please use the links provided on that specific region’s Conference page.

This form is for those who have organised private hosting amongst themselves. We love that people have formed relationships over the years and gatherings, but please fill in the form so we do not double-book hosting applications.

Private Hosting
Parents or guardians attending the Lead Elders Equip with children, toddlers, or babies must ensure that their children are registered.
- No child will be allowed into the venue without their parents/guardians on the day.
- Please note that no childcare will be available for children aged 0 – 2 years.
- For nursing moms (women only).
- An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.
Parents with children ages 0 – 3 years will be able to use the Toddler Room. An AV feed of the sessions will be streamed to this room.
- Please note children may not be left unattended by a parent/ legal guardian.
- Please ensure that you bring quiet-play activities and snacks for your children.
Children are a vital part of church life. In the KidZone, your children are discipled through worship, activities, and fun – equipping every generation, for all nations.
- The KidZone is, therefore, a full children’s programme for children aged 3 – 12.
- Should your 12-year-old wish to attend the Leaders Time, please purchase a Teenager Ticket.
Children aged 13 – 17 can attend the sessions.
- No childcare will be provided for this age group.
- Teenager Tickets are available for them.
Those with disabilities, injuries, moms with prams and the elderly will be able to gain access through an alternative entrance, which will be shown to you upon arrival by one of the parking team at the gate. The parking team will be on hand to assist you in entering the venue. This includes separate parking and entrance to the meeting venue.
Please indicate during the registration process if you will need Express Access. Should you suddenly require Express Access, after registering and closer to the event, please, contact the event organising team directly.
While there will be vendors selling coffee, please feel free to pack a picnic lunch and beverages for yourself and your families.

Once you have registered you can pay straight away via debit card, credit card or EFT/bank deposit. Just ensure if you pay via EFT/Bank Deposit that you send your proof of payment to the Quicket email address, and use the correct reference provided on your payment email. All payments must be made within 48 hours of registering, or your registration will automatically be cancelled.
No. If you do not have access to the internet or online banking facilities, please ask a leader or friend to assist you.
Yes. We will have an onsite medical team available for the full duration of the event.
No. Only a small number of seats will be reserved for the ushers, worship teams, and leaders who lead the event. Once you have entered the venue, you can sit on any unreserved seat.
Unfortunately, the event will not be live-streamed, this is an in-person event only. Any resources will be made available on the Four12 Global website and YouTube channel shortly after the conclusion of the event.
No. This can be arranged privately outside of the event, and for your own cost.
