How Do I Apply to Attend the Outreach?
Those interested in joining the outreach must first notify their lead elder of their intention to apply. Thereafter, please complete the application form.

It is important to note that your application does not guarantee your placement on the outreach team, as spaces are limited.
Please do not make any travel arrangements before you have received confirmation that you will be joining the outreach.
Applications are open and will close on 18 August, unless the capacity is reached sooner. Applicants will be notified by 31 August if their application has been successful. There is only space for 30 people including leaders.
What Are the Costs Involved?
You need to cover the costs of your own flights to and from São Paolo.
The cost of the church camp is approximately R$450 (the Brazilian currency).
A daily allowance of approximately R$150 would be realistic to cover meals and local transport.
Should you wish to be part of the team travelling to Belo Horizonte, this will require an additional internal flight. The flight to Belo Horizonte is approximately R$1100.
Should you wis be part of the team travelling to Porto Ferreira this will require the possible purchase of a return bus fare approximately R$100.
Please note that, depending on which country you are travelling from, you may also require a visa to Brazil.
