The standards for leaders in the Kingdom are high, but God’s grace is sufficient, and through working in a team, with humility and Godly, Biblical principles there is a blueprint for doing it well. This booklet was written to highlight different aspects of leadership within the church: what it looks like; the glory, the heartache, and the purpose. It is a training booklet in the practical sense, but it primarily aims to convey the heart of leadership within the church and to look at what qualifies a man for the role.
