01 Leading as a Team 

Are you a leader who has a team or part of a team who has a leader? Serving within a team has always been God’s plan – we can see this in the life of Jesus, as well as the trajectory of the New Testament Church – even the epistles were not addressed to one specific leader. Here, Jonathan Stanfield shares some of his own process of becoming a leader who values and builds team biblically, helping us recognise whether we are stuck in this area. A leader’s job isn’t to remain in the spotlight and build around himself but to serve and equip saints for the works of the ministry.
