After serving on a successful church Executive Board, Edson left all that he knew – as well as all the power, money, and prestige that came with it – to follow the Holy Spirit. This is the story of Edson and Fatima, and the powerful way in which the Lord spoke to Edson about the pride he was walking in. It’s a story of surrender, courage, and humility as Edson gave up the securities of the world in order to follow God and His plan to see His Kingdom advance – by planting a new church in Malawi. “Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.
