02 Hold the Line

The world is pushing us to shift away from the truth, but we need to be willing to hold the line – to stand firm on the gospel. We must recognise that if we carry the light, we will offend the darkness. Left to our own natures, we would want to remain in the darkness, we wouldn’t seek the light and life found in Jesus. The unadulterated gospel is the only thing powerful enough to change the human heart and we can’t afford to allow that to be diluted.
