Which comes first? There is a creative tension between these two aspects of becoming a Christian and being a Christian. Allan puts forward the thought that conversion comes first and is instantaneous. However, the process of making disciples is a lifetime task. He regards these two thoughts as complementary to one another.
Allan has been in ministry since 1974, sharing the Good News around the world, and is an elder in Oxygen Life Church. He is married to Elaine, and they have three children and eight ‘grandies’. He is passionate about preaching the Gospel to all nations and seeing the lost saved.
