In the second session of the 2020 RSA Youth Leaders Equip, Lance McIntosh shared how youth leaders should build momentum in the young people’s lives that will keep them running for years. He reminded the youth leaders, that youth is only a part of the journey; that the ultimate goal should always be to get each teen slotted into the local church. Lance emphasised the need to genuinely get to know each youth member and to see them as more than a number on a Friday night.
