When there is a fresh move of God, a fresh wave of the supernatural, it’s not a formula. Following the river is following something alive and moving. We may miss God if we expect Him to do the same thing in the same way, so we leave our own structures, plans, and skills to follow where He’s going. We don’t want just a moment or an experience, but to truly learn to build by the Spirit and see through the lens of the supernatural.
