Andrews shares how cracks will be revealed as we grow, especially when we move to new levels of leadership, so we constantly need to be recalibrating. He then delves into the areas of immaturity that can make leaders destructive to God’s house, and even shipwreck their faith, in order to reveal the areas that we can work on to make us more reliable.
