In this session, Mike Davies speaks to Mervis van der Merwe and Luke Watson about what our worship should be like when Jesus is truly at the centre of it, and how we can return to the ancient paths that Scripture lays out for us, leading us into the presence of God. Join us as we explore the difference between cultural influence, tradition, and God’s original design for worship.
Luke serves as an elder in Joshua Generation Church. He is married to Elaine, and they have five children. He is passionate about helping others step into God’s calling for them.
Mervis is a saint within Joshua Generation Church, South Africa. He is married to Sonja and they have three children. He has degrees in ministry and psychology and can often be found seeking and blessing the Father’s heart through his gift of music.
Mike serves on eldership within Joshua Generation Church, South Africa. He is married to Chantal, and they have two daughters. He loves to see people equipped to effectively serve the Kingdom of God through teaching and writing.
