In August 2020, William Marais underwent an urgent operation where doctors removed a tumour and administered 20 pints of blood to save his life.
In this clip (filmed 26 January 2021), William shares an update about how he is doing ahead of a second big operation on his liver and why he wants his life preserved in the here and now, living with purpose, even as he lives with eternity in mind. He encourages us likewise to live in faith, with purpose, and to be strong and courageous.
William and his wife, Pamela, started ministering in 1980 and served on eldership in Joshua Generation Church, South Africa, from 2010. William was part of the Four12 (F12) leadership and ministered and taught globally across the field of partnering churches. He joined his beloved Saviour in 2021 and is sorely missed.
