We need to encounter Jesus in every meeting we have, and make sure that everything we do is in response to encountering Him. It is easy to slip into learnt behaviour, where we have church gatherings that feel good and familiar to us, but lack the true presence and ways of Jesus. In this message Ryan Kingsley encourages church leaders in the Southern Cape to make much of Jesus at every meeting, always pointing to Him and building on Him, our foundation. Ryan further unpacks the various aspects of our meetings, such as the prayer time, announcements and worship, giving practical insights into how we can posture ourselves to meet with Jesus—keeping Him at the centre of it all.

Ryan serves on Four12 (F12) leadership and is the lead elder of City on a Hill, South Africa. He is married to Lelani and the father of four. Ryan is passionate about raising zealous leaders and planting and building healthy churches.
