Our greatest commandments are to love God and then to love one another as we love ourselves (Matthew 22:37-39). One of the ways that we can love people effectively, is to come alongside them when they are struggling, and in emotional pain or turmoil. In this session Lorna Baker shares how we can offer pastoral care to those in need. She shares from a wealth professional experience, all motivated by the Word of God. When we see people the way that God sees them, and have been trained to effectively care for them, we can help bring them into health and wholeness.

Lorna Baker

Lorna is married to Grant, and they serve on eldership within Joshua Generation Church, South Africa. They have two daughters. Lorna has a Master of Divinity and is a registered counselling psychologist with her own private practice. They are passionate about strengthening saints and leaders to build up the body of Christ.
