God’s Dwelling Place
The church is not just a building, but a dwelling place for God, where believers are being built together to become a holy temple for Him. In this message shared at the Southern Cape Regional Equip, Daniel Barnard emphasises the importance of equipping believers for service in God’s house. Using Ephesians 4:11-16, he highlights that every believer has a role to play in the body of Christ and urges us to shift from being spectators to participants and use our gifts and talents to serve others. As we serve, we become more like Christ, as individuals, and as a church. The ultimate goal is for the church to be mature and unified, a house where God can dwell and be glorified.
Daniel serves on leadership within Four12 (F12) and is an elder in Joshua Generation Church, South Africa. He is married to Samantha, and they have four children. He is passionate about reaching the lost and discipling believers towards all God has for them.
