The Mending Pattern

How did Jesus shape the Twelve into men who would change the world? Church leaders can learn much from the way Jesus discipled and shaped individuals to become all that He had for them. To bring saints into the plans that God has for them, leaders must cultivate biblical values within our churches and come back to intentional discipleship and equipping. Here, Andrew Selley reminds church leaders that we are called to bring the broken into wholeness and furnish what is lacking, so that saints can go on to make disciples of all nations, building a legacy of leadership.
Are new leaders still being raised in our churches, or have we slipped into maintenance mode?
