Living in God’s Power
Are we settling for a faith that is less than the fullness of God’s power? It is possible to believe the right things about the Holy Spirit while becoming functionally independent of Him. Euan MacRae challenges us to close the gap between the Christianity we read about in Acts and the Christianity we are actually living. The Holy Spirit transforms us, makes us like Jesus, and works through yielded lives to demonstrate the reality of God’s Kingdom. We are reminded that yesterday’s manna is not enough for today’s assignment – we are called to continually receive from the Spirit. Are we too content with living with less than what God has for us?
Euan serves on Four12 (F12) leadership and is an elder in Living Hope, on the Isle of Man. He married Karen in 1999, and they have three children. After studying Civil Engineering and IT, Euan entered full-time ministry in 2010. He has a passion for worship, teaching, and raising young leaders.
