What God Did In 2023

From the North to the South, East to the West, God has been incredibly faithful to keep, prune, grow & strengthen His beloved Bride across the globe!

We are thankful for each of these testimonies…

Strengthening In Australia

“In Australia, we have seen the strengthening of core New Testament values in our partnering churches. There has been a deepening of relationships between the churches & a fresh activation to reach out to one another – & other churches. In doing this, they are building into one another in becoming greater reflections of the New Testament church for which Jesus is coming back.”

– Brad Verreynne, Australia Regional Coordinator

Learning to Overcome in Malawi

We have faced challenges this year – resistance to change because of traditions, a poor harvest, Cyclone Freddy (which destroyed 15 of our church buildings & 34 homes of church members), & I personally experienced health problems.

But if we don’t face challenges, we never learn to persevere or overcome them. And so, the Lord has challenged us, stripped us & pruned us this year – but He has also brought forth fruitfulness! Although some areas have seen very slow growth, two of our churches have seen huge growth and are taking ground, maturing, baptising new believers & seeing people added.”

– Lance McIntosh, Malawi Regional Coordinator

Fruitfulness in Gauteng

“It’s been amazing to see deep partnership being established in Gauteng. There’s been a lot of ‘connecting’ happening over the last couple of years, but it feels like God has been adding the dynamic of true partnership between the churches & congregations here. As churches are becoming healthy, we are seeing growth, fruitfulness, multiplication, salvation, baptisms & new partners being added!”

– Ryan Kingsley, Gauteng Regional Coordinator

New Things  In Fiji

“The leaders here are embracing a new pattern of leadership, which is servant-hearted & humble – a way of living that seeks to love & cherish the church on a day-to-day basis rather than through meetings & exercising authority from a pulpit. Exciting times, as shepherds of God’s flock take their place among the people of God to ensure health, safety & vision!”

– Brad Verreynne, Fiji Regional Co-ordinator

Growth in Brazil

“Estação 337 has grown in number, health & depth of relationship with the Lord – there is a real sense of life. We are also seeing a greater sense of partnership among the other churches that are looking in.”

– Mike Davies, Brazil Regional Coordinator

Partnerships in Uganda

“God has taken our friendships & partnerships deeper. It feels like He is preparing us to take more Kingdom ground!”

– Eugene Marais, Uganda Regional Coordinator

Rebuilding in Cape Flats

“‘Rebuilding’ is a single word that describes what God has done & still is doing in our region. It’s the rebuilding of church God’s way – not according to culture but according to the pattern of the New Testament. There has also been a beautiful rebuilding of relationships after lockdown.”

– Johane Musviba, Cape Flats Regional Coordinator

Establishing Taiwan

“To the outside world it may seem slow & small, but from within the church the growth is clear & significant! Relationships are strengthening, New Testament church values are being owned in ever greater measures, the leaders are encouraged & envisioned, & the Gospel is being preached! Such a precious people, growing up in the knowledge of the grace of God!”

– Brad Verreynne, Taiwan Regional Co-ordinator

Russia Standing Strong

“The church had tremendous pressure from outside as well as from within. She persevered through it all & is probably stronger than ever.”

– Carel Albertyn, Regional Coordinator, Russia

Eastern Cape on the Increase

“Much numerical growth has taken place across our region, with nearly all the churches seeing salvations & new people being added to their congregations. This has resulted in the need for leaders to be raised up & for all saints to take hold of Jesus’ mandate to make disciples.”

– Brad Verreynne, Eastern Cape Regional Co-ordinator

True Worship in Zimbabwe

“This year, eyes have been opened to what it means to worship God in a way that pleases Him. We have sensed a real call to move away from traditional worship & to come & worship the King in Spirit & in truth. Hearts are being awakened to what authentic worship is, as well as His high call on all of us to serve Him wholeheartedly. We’ve prayed for songwriters & godly inspiration, & are trusting the Lord for fruit & lasting impact in this area!”

– Cliff Hiscock, Zimbabwe Regional Coordinator

Transformation in Zambia

“We’ve been taking new ground for the Kingdom, seeing a ‘rebooting’ of the region, sacred idols being broken down & supernatural multiplication!”

– Manie Lombard, Zambia Regional Co-ordinator

Maturity in Gauteng, Limpopo & KZN

“The regions that we oversee have really grown in their relationships with one other by sending teams back & forth. In Gauteng, relationships are being cemented with Four12. We have seen City on a Hill become a base & a resource church that often sends out teams.

Overall, maturity seems to be the key thing that the leaders are breaking through in, followed by a depth that’s being cemented into the congregations.”

– Russell Fraser, Northern Gauteng & KZN Regional Coordinator

We eagerly await to see how God will continue to use our Four12 partnerships to impact churches across the globe. We look forward to seeing many of you in the nations in 2024.
