Succession & Transition

Following the pattern of the early church in the New Testament, it is clear that the apostles, elders, deacons and saints were constantly managing seasons of transition. The apostles governed the church under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, ensuring that the right people were positioned in the right roles and geographical locations, to advance the Kingdom through the Church.

As a partnership of churches, we similarly visit issues of restructuring, repositioning and relocating saints and leaders to ensure the health and growth of churches right across the Four12 field.
