Did you know that lucifer was created to be a perfect representation of God – perfect in beauty and full of wisdom (Ezekiel 28:12)? But then he fell and became satan. Scripture gives us a striking contrast between the devil, who grasped for God’s glory and sought to exalt himself, and Jesus, though fully God, humbled Himself to exalt the Father (Philippians 2:6-8). Andrew Selley unpacks this contrast to help us discern what spirit is at work behind the things we encounter and the decisions we make. In a world that encourages us to grasp for recognition, influence and position, Jesus shows us a radically different way.

Andrew is the apostolic leader of Four12 (F12) and the lead elder of multisite, Joshua Generation Church. He has been in full-time ministry since 1996.
