02 Faith for Tomorrow
How do we continue to run our race well in the face of perceived hopelessness and the many other obstacles we face? Chris Staples shows how remembering God’s past faithfulness builds faith for the future, especially when the present feels heavy or uncertain. From Psalm 103 to the wider witness of Scripture, this session reminds us that the Lord who forgave, healed, redeemed, and sustained His people before will not fail them now. It is a call to look back with thanksgiving so that we can look ahead with confidence, humility, and hope.
Chris serves on Four12 (F12) leadership and is an elder within Living Hope, on the Isle of Man.
He is married to Carole and they have two daughters. Before joining the church staff full time, he spent 26 years in the business world. Chris is passionate about helping leaders build healthy, well-governed churches and continues to shepherd people with great care and humility.
