02 Moved by Compassion
Do we really see people the way Jesus sees them? He sees them and is moved with compassion, responding with love in action. Is that the culture we are building in our churches? This heart begins with leaders. Here, Steve Martinez urges us to notice the people God has placed around us, see what others overlook, and be moved by what moves Him. To notice who is missing, pursue those who are drifting, and care for hidden burdens. Fruitful leadership isn’t measured only by preaching, programmes, or growth, but by whether people are truly known, loved, and shepherded.
