As leaders, do we see people as Jesus sees them, or do we only see their trouble? In this session, Euan MacRae shows how Christ’s blood gives every person their true worth and why shepherds must keep looking for the treasure that others overlook. From difficult conversations to weary hearts, this is a call to love without preference, carry people with patience, and trust the Holy Spirit to restore our vision.
Euan serves on Four12 (F12) leadership and is an elder in Living Hope, on the Isle of Man. He married Karen in 1999, and they have three children. After studying Civil Engineering and IT, Euan entered full-time ministry in 2010. He has a passion for worship, teaching, and raising young leaders.
